1. Delivery Zones

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Within Lagos, we offer same-day or next-day delivery depending on the time your order is placed and confirmed. For destinations outside Lagos, we deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

2. Lead Times

Orders within Lagos are typically delivered the same day or the next business day once payment is confirmed. Nationwide deliveries outside Lagos generally take 2–5 business days via courier, depending on the destination. Orders are processed on business days, and delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

We offer free delivery on orders above ₦150,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat delivery fee of ₦2,500 applies within Lagos. Delivery rates for nationwide orders outside Lagos are calculated based on the destination and courier charges, and the applicable fee is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will keep you informed of its progress. For nationwide courier deliveries, we will share tracking details where available so you can follow your shipment. You can also contact us at any time for an update on your order status.

5. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect or incomplete, our courier may attempt redelivery, and additional delivery charges may apply. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
