Refund Policy

At GADGETMINE NG, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund or return on physical goods bought from our store, which items are non-refundable, and how to make a request. GADGETMINE NG is a Lagos-based retailer of phones, laptops, gadgets and accessories, registered in Nigeria as a Business Name under registration BN 3809223 (Business Name).

1. Refund Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact. Faulty items are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty; where a product develops a fault covered by warranty, we will assist you with a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the manufacturer’s terms.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and licensing reasons, certain items cannot be refunded or returned once purchased, including:

  • Opened software or products with broken licence seals.
  • Earphones, earbuds, and other in-ear audio devices, for hygiene reasons.
  • Redeemed scratch cards, vouchers, and prepaid codes.
  • Items that have been physically damaged by the customer after delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or return, please contact us by email at gadgetmineng@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +2349031630819, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including how to return the item. Please do not send items back before contacting us and receiving confirmation.

4. Currency

Approved refunds are issued in the original transaction currency — either Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) — using the same payment method used for the purchase where possible. Refunds in NGN are processed in compliance with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations. Please note that the time it takes for a refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
